Every Record Studio

A personal desktop studio for making 60-second pixel-art videos about records and history, and publishing them to its developer's own YouTube channels.

What it does

Write and fact-check. Each episode is a single script file. Every number, year and name shown on screen is paired with a source.
Render. The app draws every frame as pixel art in code and synthesizes the music and sound effects. It uses no stock footage and no AI-generated images.
Four languages. The same episode is produced in English, Korean, Japanese and Spanish.
Publish. After a person reviews and approves an episode, the app can upload the finished video to the developer's own YouTube channel, scheduled for a chosen time.

How it uses YouTube API Services

Sign-in. Each YouTube channel is connected with Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) in the system browser. The app never sees the Google password.
Permissions. youtube.upload, to upload the video the user selects with the title, description and publish time the user enters. youtube.readonly, only to show which channel is connected and to check that videos uploaded by the app still exist.
User-initiated only. Every upload starts when the user presses the YouTube upload button. The app never uploads, edits or deletes anything on its own.
Not used. Comments, ratings, subscriptions, playlists, analytics, and any data about other YouTube users.
Disconnect at any time. "Disconnect" in the app revokes the app's access at Google and deletes the stored YouTube data from the computer. Access can also be revoked in Google security settings.

Who uses it

Every Record Studio is an internal tool. It runs only on its developer's own computer and manages only the developer's own channels: Earth Patch Notes (English) and 지구 패치노트 (Korean) on YouTube. It has no user accounts, no ads and no payments, and it is not offered to the public.
