Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the Every Record Studio desktop application ("the App") and this website access, store, use and share. The App is made and operated by an individual developer ("we", "us"). It runs on the user's own computer and is used only to manage the developer's own YouTube channels.
1. YouTube API Services
The App uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to YouTube. By using the App's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's use of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy).
2. Information the App accesses
The App accesses YouTube only after you connect a channel with Google Sign-In (OAuth 2.0) and grant the permissions below. You sign in on Google's own page in your browser. The App never sees your Google password.

The App does not access your email address, contacts, comments, ratings, subscriptions, playlists, analytics, watch history, or any information about other YouTube users.
3. Information the App stores
Everything is stored only on your own computer. We do not run servers that receive or keep your data.
- Authorization token (OAuth refresh token) for each connected channel, encrypted with your operating system's protection (Windows DPAPI or macOS Keychain). Kept until you disconnect or revoke access.
- Channel ID and name. Refreshed from YouTube at least every 30 days. Deleted when you disconnect.
- Publishing log for videos uploaded through the App: video ID, link, channel name, privacy status and scheduled time. Each entry is re-checked with YouTube at least every 30 days. If the video no longer exists, or access is revoked, the YouTube-provided fields are deleted and the log keeps only the date of the upload.
- App settings, such as the OAuth client ID and the date you agreed to this policy.
4. How information is used and shared
- The information above is used only to show the connected channel, upload the videos you choose, and keep the publishing log accurate.
- The App sends it only to Google (YouTube API Services) as needed for those tasks.
- We do not sell, rent or share it with anyone else, use it for advertising, or combine it with other data.
- Other features of the App, such as drafting scripts with Google Gemini and publishing to Instagram, never receive information obtained from YouTube API Services.
5. Advertising and third-party content
The App and this website show no advertisements and do not allow third parties to serve content or advertisements.
6. Information on your device
The App stores the information in section 3 on your device, as described there. The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers or tracking technologies. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and keeps no access logs.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
- In the App: Settings → YouTube → Disconnect (revoke). This revokes the App's access at Google immediately and deletes the token, the channel data and the YouTube-provided fields of the publishing log from your computer.
- At Google: you can revoke the App's access at any time on the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. The App checks its access when it starts and once a day while running, and deletes the stored YouTube data as soon as it detects the revocation.
- Because we keep no copy of your data, there is nothing for us to delete on our side. For any deletion question or request, email us and we will respond within 7 days.
8. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
