Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These terms apply to the Every Record Studio desktop application ("the App") and this website. By using the App, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. The App asks for this agreement before any YouTube channel can be connected.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
3. What the App is
The App is a personal production tool made by an individual developer. It runs on the user's own computer and is used to publish videos to the developer's own YouTube channels. It has no user accounts, ads or payments, and it is not offered as a public service.
4. Your content and actions
- The App uploads a video only when you start the upload yourself. It does not upload, edit or delete anything on YouTube on its own.
- You are responsible for the videos and details you upload, including their compliance with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, copyright law and disclosure rules.
5. Revoking access
You can disconnect a channel in the App at any time (Settings → YouTube → Disconnect (revoke)), or revoke access on the Google security settings page. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to stored data.
6. No warranty and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the App, including failed, delayed or incorrect uploads.
7. Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
